Log into your Elitech account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
